We carry out welding constructions and finishing jobs that perfectly complement our turning, milling and roller activities. Our welders work with precise preparations and high-quality welding techniques to join metal parts solidly, dimensionally accurate and visually tight. Whether it concerns small parts, frames, support structures or parts that will be machined later: every weld is carefully built up and checked. 

Thanks to our in-house welding, MGC Subcontracting can deliver complete constructions and semi-finished products that integrate seamlessly into your further production process.

With our Sodick wire EDM machine we create contours and details that would be impossible or inaccurate with conventional machining. In this process, a thin, electrically charged wire cuts through the material with extreme precision, allowing us to produce sharp internal corners, tight fitting surfaces, deep recesses and complex geometries with perfect dimensional accuracy. 

Wire EDM is ideal for hard materials, delicate shapes or parts that need to be accurate to within hundredths. Thanks to this technique, MGC Subcontracting delivers high-quality components that exactly meet design specifications, even for the most challenging shapes.

MGC Subcontracting is equipped with a straight vibrator and a round vibrator for deburring parts. Through the vibrating rotation of the grinding stones and the parts, the sharp edges of the parts are broken and the burrs are automatically removed. A special fluid provides a polishing effect. 

The result is a uniformly deburred workpiece without sharp edges.
